How can i order?

Find the products you are interested in through the search engine or by browsing through the various product categories. Click on the Add to cart  button adjacent to each product that you are interested to order. Your choices will be added into your cart.

Once you have selected the products you would like to order, click on the cart icon in the menu to view your products. Please review your order and then press the checkout button. You will be guided to a secure connection where you will be asked to choose payment and shipping methods.

Alternatively, you can place your order by email at info@healthpharma.eu or phone us at 22818250 during working days and hours: Monday – Friday, 08:00 - 17:30.

Currently, we only ship to Cyprus.

i cannot find the product i am looking for on the website

The website is automatically updated for product availability. If you cannot find a product you’re interested in or if it’s out of stock, you can contact us by email at info@healthpharma.eu and we will update you when it will be available.

Is my order complete?

After completing your billing details, shipping options and payment methods in the Checkout area, please click Place Order. A message will appear informing you that your order has been completed.  You will also receive an email with the details of your order.

There is a product missing from my purchase. What can I do?

We aim to exceed your expectations and we take extra care in preparing and shipping every purchase. In case you find a product missing from your order, please contact us immediately and we will take care of it promptly.

Please, send us an e-mail at info@healthpharma.eu, indicating the order code and a description of the error that occurred.

Alternatively, you can call us at 22818250 and talk to one of our service representatives during working days and hours Monday- Friday, 08:00-17:30.

How can I cancel my order?

If your order has not yet been shipped, you can request its cancellation by:

• Calling us at 22818250 during working days and hours Monday-Friday, 08:00-17:30.

After dispatch, you can neither cancel nor change it.

How can I return a product?

You have a 14-day withdrawal period following receipt of your order.
The return concerns product delivered in good condition. The product must be returned to GJK HealthPharma Services Ltd in their original packaging without having been used.
The delivery costs related to the return of your product to our company, remain at your expense.
Please follow the below procedure upon return of product:
1) Send us an email at info@healthpharma.eu informing us about the return of the product, order number & order date
or
Call us at 22818250 during working days and hours Monday-Friday, 08:00-17:30.
2) Call ACS courier tel: 77 777373 to arrange the return of your product.

How can I return a defective a product?

We’re really sorry if you’ve received a defective product.
The delivery costs related to the return of your product to our company, remain at our expense.
Please follow the below procedure upon return of a defective product:
1) Send us an email at info@healthpharma.eu informing us about the nature of the defect, order number & order date
or
Call us at 22818250 during working days and hours Monday-Friday, 08:00-17:30.
2) Call ACS courier tel: 77 777373 to arrange the return of your product.
Once HealthPharma receives the product and confirms the defect, we will reimburse you with the value of your purchase. If you choose, we can send you a replacement for the defective product, with free delivery.

When will I receive my order?

We aim to deliver all orders as soon as possible, not exceeding 2 working days.

In case you order during holidays, your order will be processed within the next working days

 

How much is the delivery cost?

The delivery cost varies depending on your choice of shipment.

You can choose home delivery or ACS pickup location.
Home delivery costs €3.50 per shipment. ACS pickup location costs €2.20 per shipment.

If your order is above €69.00, delivery is free.
