Exuviance is advanced skin care from the two researchers who discovered and patented alpha hydroxi acid technology (AHA) – one of the skincare industry’s biggest innovations. Research and development takes place in Princeton, New Jersey and the company has a leading position in the development of various compositions that include its own innovations AHA, PHA, NeoGlukosamin and Aminofil along with other well-documented ingredients in skin care. The company behind Exuviance was founded in 1988 by Dr. Eugene Van Scott, dermatologist and Dr. Ruey Yu, pharmacologist specializing in dermatology.

The doctors met in 1969 at Temple University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Dr. Van Scott’s interest in finding a way to regulate the formation of skin cells brought him into contact with Dr. Yu, who studied the chemical and biomedical aspects of certain skin diseases. Their shared interest in the skin’s formation and renewal processes then became the cornerstone of over 50 years of dermatological research and development. Dr. Van Scott and Dr. Yu are internationally recognized authorities in dermatology and their research findings have been published numerous times in leading medical journals.

Exuviance has been created specifically to meet the needs of anyone who wants to take advantage of a medically developed skin care system.
